Kaidak Energy Services was built on a strong foundation, with years of industry experience and a desire to offer clients superior quality facility construction and maintenance solutions.

Bryce Bell - General Manager

Bryce has extensive experience liaising among various functional areas, including business development, engineering, operations solutions, project planning and project management. He applies his operations and construction expertise to identify clients' emerging needs, build relationships, and develop custom solutions that get the job done.

Bryce's first exposure to the oil and gas sector was in Zama, Alberta, where he worked as a roughneck on service rigs. He moved on to work as a field technician at Roska DBO, in 2001, and was soon promoted to Operations Coordinator, then Sales and Special Projects Coordinator, and, finally, Operations Solutions Manager.

After his time at Roska, he started a production equipment rental business and was a facility construction inspector for a large oil producer. Throughout his career, Bryce has furthered his industry knowledge and skills by completing several relevant courses.

Raised in the Northwest Territories, Bryce has called the Peace Country home for the last two decades. In his spare time, he enjoys farming, as well as camping and travelling with his wife and two children.

Kaidak Energy Services looks forward to providing you with a quality of service that's second to none. Call us for more information on the solutions we offer.

Faye Bell - Office Manager

Faye was influential in launching Kaidak Energy Services and continues to play an integral role in many different aspects of our daily operations. She spends a great deal of time overseeing the accounting, HR, administrative, sales and marketing sides of our business, while also helping to refine our safety program.

Faye has worked in administration in a variety of different settings, and continues to perform bookkeeping for her family's grain operation.

When she isn't managing the office at Kaidak Energy or helping to run the farm, this busy mother of two is volunteering for the Bezanson Agriculture Society.
